Paediatric Dietetics
Simply Nourished – Kristi Pickford
Kristi Pickford is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who works with children and families to support a range of nutrition and feeding concerns. She takes a family-focused, neuro-affirming approach and aims to create a calm and supportive space for families.
Kristi has experience in areas like fussy eating, allergies, growth concerns, gastrointestinal conditions, and more complex feeding needs. She offers practical, evidence-based advice to help families feel more confident about food and mealtimes.

Paediatric Exercise Physiology
Grounded Motion Therapy – Katie Winter
Grounded Motion Therapy offers 1-to-1 and group sessions that build your child’s strength, confidence, and emotional regulation through movement. Katie blends evidence-based practice with sensory-rich, nature-based experiences to help children feel grounded and calm.
Whether in-clinic or outdoors, Katie works gently to help children move at their own pace and feel more confident in their bodies. These sessions promote physical development and a meaningful connection to the natural environment

Parent Coaching & Counselling
Empowered Parent – Leina Lockhart
Empowered Parent provides counselling and coaching for parents of children with additional needs, in a supportive and non-judgmental space.
Leina Lockhart works with parents who are feeling overwhelmed, going through a diagnosis process, or finding communication at home tough. She brings warmth, understanding and lived experience to every session, helping parents feel heard, supported and more confident in their role.

Music Therapy
Music Therapy with QPAH
In-person music therapy for Kids, led by fully qualified Registered Music Therapists who use LIVE music to engage your child (we don’t press play!).
Sessions are 1:1, child-led and fun-filled, with activities that promote your child’s development.

Spark Kids Therapy offers individual and group play therapy sessions to help develop essential skills.
